- Hook: the first message raises a question or starts mid-conflict.
- Escalate: each reply makes the situation slightly worse or stranger.
- Turn: one line reframes everything (the reveal).
- Pause: hold 1.5 to 2.5 seconds so the reveal lands.
- Kicker: one more line that tops it, then end quickly.
Keep it to 5 to 10 messages and 30 to 60 seconds. The "pause" markers below show where the video holds still.
